Radio Live! is designed with privacy in mind. We want to be completely transparent about what we do and do not collect:

3. Information That May Be Collected Automatically

Certain information may be collected automatically by the device operating system or app distribution platforms:

3.1. Apple App Store / TestFlight

When you download or use Radio Live! through Apple's App Store or TestFlight, Apple may collect standard diagnostic data according to their Privacy Policy. This may include:

• Crash reports and error logs
• Basic device information (device type, OS version)
• App usage statistics (if you have enabled sharing analytics with developers)

This data collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage these settings in your device's Privacy settings.

3.2. Device Information

Radio Live! does not collect device information. However, when you connect to radio stations, your device's IP address may be visible to the radio station's server (this is standard for internet connections). Radio Live! does not have access to this information.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. radio-browser.info API

Radio Live! uses the radio-browser.info API to provide you with a directory of internet radio stations. When you use the Application:

• We query radio-browser.info's public API to retrieve station listings
• No personal information is transmitted to radio-browser.info
• Your device's IP address may be visible to radio-browser.info's servers (standard for any internet API request)
• Radio-browser.info's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy

4.2. Radio Station Servers

When you listen to a radio station through Radio Live!, your device connects directly to that station's streaming server:

• Connections are peer-to-peer between your device and the station's server
• Radio Live! does not act as an intermediary or proxy
• Your device's IP address is visible to the radio station (standard for streaming audio)
• Radio stations may have their own privacy policies and data collection practices
• We are not responsible for the privacy practices of individual radio stations

5. How Your Data is Used

Since Radio Live! does not collect personal data, we have no data to use, share, or sell. Any information stored locally on your device (such as app preferences) remains on your device and is never transmitted to us or third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage Only: Any app settings or preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms
• No Cloud Storage: We do not maintain any cloud servers or databases containing user data
• No Data Transmission: Radio Live! does not transmit any user data to external servers
• Secure Connections: When connecting to radio stations, the Application uses standard secure internet protocols (HTTPS where available)

7. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade any user information because we do not collect any user information. Radio Live! has no data to share with third parties, advertisers, or any other entities.

8. Children's Privacy

Radio Live! is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, this applies to all users.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@bestradioapp.live. However, since we do not collect personal information, this scenario is unlikely to occur.
