Radio Live! ("the Application") is a free mobile application that provides access to internet radio stations. By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.

The Application is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please do not use the Application. Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian supervision and consent.
3. License and Usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Use the Application for any commercial purpose

4. Data Source and Third-Party Content
The Application uses the API provided by radio-browser.info - a community-driven radio station database. Radio Live! is not the owner or operator of the radio stations available in the Application.
- The list of radio stations is retrieved from radio-browser.info
- Radio Live! is not responsible for content broadcast by radio stations
- Station availability depends on their operators, not on the Application
- We do not moderate or control the content of radio stations
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All radio stations and audio content available in the Application are owned by their respective operators. Audio content broadcast by stations is subject to copyright of their owners. Users agree to:
- Use content exclusively for personal, non-commercial use
- Not download, copy, record, or redistribute content without explicit permission from content owners
- Respect the copyrights of broadcasters, artists, and content creators
- Comply with all applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Radio Live! respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data:
- The Application does not collect, store, or transmit personal user data
- We do not store history of listened stations or user preferences
- Connections to radio stations are direct (peer-to-peer between your device and the station's server)
- We use radio-browser.info in accordance with their privacy policy
- App Store/TestFlight may collect standard diagnostic data (crash reports, analytics) - see Apple's Privacy Policy
- No third-party advertising or tracking is used in the Application
Your use of the Application is anonymous and no personal data is shared with us or third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of all radio stations
- Quality of audio transmission (depends on station operators and internet connection)
- Accuracy of station metadata (names, descriptions, music genres, artwork)
- Security or uninterrupted operation of the Application
- Freedom from errors, bugs, or defects
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radio Live! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Application. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of data or information
- Interruption of service
- Audio quality issues
- Any harm resulting from third-party content
- Data charges incurred while using the Application
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Application (which is currently zero, as the Application is free).
9. Internet Connection and Data Usage
An active internet connection is required to use the Application. Users are responsible for:
- Data transfer costs according to their carrier's plan
- Maintaining a stable internet connection
- Any mobile data charges incurred during use
Using the Application on cellular data may result in significant data usage and charges.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause
- Discontinue the Application at any time
- Remove or modify content or features
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

The Application is currently available in beta version through Apple TestFlight:
- The beta version may contain bugs, instabilities, and incomplete features
- Features may change, be added, or removed before final release
- Data within the beta version may be lost during updates
- We encourage reporting issues and suggestions for improvement
- No guarantee is provided regarding release date or final features

Radio Live! uses and acknowledges:
- radio-browser.info - A community-driven radio station database (https://www.radio-browser.info)
- Station data is provided under an open license by the radio-browser.info community
- Apple TestFlight for beta distribution
- Apple App Store for application distribution
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, your local laws may apply to certain aspects of these terms.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law:
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer
